Advanced Call Bell System
The home is equipped with a state-of-the-art call bell system that detects unusual sounds, such as distress noises, and alerts the care team immediately. This system also features two-way communication, allowing residents to speak directly with a member of the care team from their room for immediate assistance.
Private En-suite Wet Rooms
Each of the 10 bedrooms features an en-suite wet room, providing privacy, dignity, and convenience.
The home is situated near the sea and Sandy Water Park, offering residents a scenic view of the park or Stradey Castle

Welcome to Cartref oddi Cartref, a family-run care home in Llanelli, near the peaceful Sandy Water Park. Our 10-bed facility provides a comfortable and serene environment for residents aged 65 and above. Founded by mother-daughter duo Bethan Morgan, with over 10 years of care experience, and Candy Davies, a registered nurse, we offer personalised, compassionate care tailored to each individual’s needs.
Our focus is on creating a true "Home from Home" with modern, fully equipped rooms, promoting well-being, dignity, and a sense of belonging. We believe in personalised care, strong family involvement, and a supportive, highly trained staff. By fostering a warm and intimate community, Cartref Oddi Cartref is committed to delivering the highest standards of care in a beautiful coastal setting, ensuring each resident feels valued and respected.
